NEW YORK, NY – October 08, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –
L’Elite MediSpa is expanding access to survivor-focused aesthetic and wellness services across its three New York locations, continuing to develop a care model shaped by founder Richina Lukes-Milledge’s experience as a breast cancer survivor and more than 16 years in healthcare. The practice currently operates locations in Melville, Brooklyn, and Harlem, providing aesthetic services and select wellness offerings with individualized assessment based on each patient’s circumstances.
The practice’s current three-location footprint includes its Harlem location at 1661 Madison Avenue, which opened in October 2024. With the Manhattan location now operating alongside the Melville and Brooklyn practices, L’Elite MediSpa has continued to develop its service offering for patients seeking aesthetic care, including those navigating changes associated with cancer treatment and survivorship.
Lukes-Milledge is a board-certified nurse practitioner and registered nurse with professional experience in emergency, intensive care, and home care settings. Her own experience with breast cancer influenced her interest in providing aesthetic services to patients whose skin, hair, and other physical characteristics may change during or following cancer treatment.
“Cancer survivorship can involve changes that extend beyond the completion of medical treatment,” said Richina Lukes-Milledge, founder of L’Elite MediSpa. “My goal has been to create an environment where patients can discuss their individual aesthetic concerns while receiving appropriate professional evaluation. As the practice continues serving patients across three locations, maintaining individualized assessment and responsible communication about treatment options remains central to that approach.”
L’Elite MediSpa’s service menu includes med spa skincare, hair removal, body-contouring procedures, lymphatic drainage massage, hair restoration, IV vitamin infusions, peptide-related services, nutraceutical products, and hormone-related services. Services are selected based on individual circumstances, and the availability of a service does not indicate that it is appropriate for every patient or that it has been established as effective for every proposed use.
Certain services also require distinctions regarding regulatory status. Hormone-related care, for example, can involve FDA-approved medications or compounded preparations depending on the treatment and circumstances. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration states that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. The agency has also stated that compounded bioidentical hormone products have not been shown to be safer or more effective than FDA-approved hormone therapies.
Peptide-related services similarly require consideration of the specific substance, formulation, intended use, and regulatory status. The availability of a peptide-related service at a medical practice should not be interpreted as evidence that a particular peptide is FDA-approved for a specific use or that its effectiveness has been established for every condition.
IV vitamin infusions are also evaluated on an individual basis and according to the specific ingredients involved. Patients considering an infusion can discuss the proposed ingredients, potential risks, contraindications, and whether the service is appropriate for their circumstances with the qualified professional overseeing their care. Wellness services are not presented as substitutes for established cancer treatment or other medically indicated care.
L’Elite MediSpa has also addressed ozone therapy separately from its other services because of its distinct regulatory considerations. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s regulations state that ozone is a toxic gas and that there is no known useful medical application for ozone in specific, adjunctive, or preventive therapy. Accordingly, ozone therapy should not be presented as an established treatment for cancer, cancer-related conditions, or other diseases. Any availability of an ozone-related service should be understood in accordance with applicable federal requirements and under appropriate professional oversight.
The practice states that services are provided by licensed professionals within the scope of their qualifications. Patients with a history of cancer or active medical conditions may require coordination with their existing healthcare providers before pursuing certain aesthetic or wellness services. Treatment decisions are made based on individual health considerations rather than the assumption that a particular service is suitable for all cancer survivors.
L’Elite MediSpa’s development across Melville, Brooklyn, and Harlem reflects the practice’s ongoing focus on providing aesthetic services while maintaining attention to individualized evaluation and appropriate clinical boundaries. The practice’s Harlem location was established in 2024 as part of its expansion into Manhattan, while its current operations across three locations represent its ongoing service presence in New York.
