Canopy, a leading provider of AI supervision for unsupervised devices, today announced it has joined Oracle’s enhanced partner program. For more than 40 years, Oracle has been working closely with partners to help drive joint customer success and business momentum. By joining Oracle’s partner program, Canopy has the opportunity to establish Oracle-related knowledge in delivering remote device monitoring, management, and AI supervision for multi-location restaurant and hospitality operators.
Canopy enables centralized monitoring, proactive alerting, remote management, and automated closed-loop ticketing and remediation across the entire restaurant technology stack, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, kitchen display systems (KDS), self-service kiosks, printers and scanners, surveillance systems, drive-thru systems, digital menu and order boards, connected kitchen equipment and sensor technology, and networking equipment.
With Oracle, Canopy has implemented and configured its platform on the Oracle Simphony POS platform, delivering monitoring, management, and automation purpose-built for Simphony. Operators running Simphony POS and KDS get a single view of that system alongside every other connected device in their restaurant technology estate and can service those systems remotely without remoting into individual devices.
Through the program, operators gain:
- Centralized remote device monitoring and management
- Proactive alerting and issue resolution
- Cross-estate operational visibility and customizable KPIs
- Structured data for AI readiness
“This collaboration starts with something practical: one view of the Oracle Simphony Cloud platform alongside every other device in the restaurant. That is what opens the door to agentic service operations, where AI catches and fixes problems proactively rather than after a customer reports them,” said Canopy Founder and CEO Steve Latham.
“Our partnership with Canopy provides Simphony customers a dedicated platform for system observability, control, and access to custom configured automated workflows. Restaurant teams are equipped with a centralized platform to streamline management of their entire device estate,” said Tim Brown, Group Vice President of Global Solution Engineering, Oracle Restaurants.
By joining Oracle’s partner program, Canopy has opportunities to achieve Oracle designations, which can help validate its skills and capabilities around specific products, services, industries, and geographies. For example, partners may achieve Oracle Expertise by meeting a series of qualifiers that underscore the potential impact to customer success. Canopy looks forward to taking advantage of these exclusive offerings and additional benefits to help further differentiate in the marketplace, identify new business, onboard new customers, scale business impact and succeed together with Oracle.
